Skillet Biscuit Beignets


Yes, more beignets. Judge me, please.

Unlike the others, these are barely a recipe they’re so simple. 2 ingredients.


I won’t even give you a proper set-up.

These are simple, not-too-caloric, and satisfying when you need that beignet fix.
And best of all- no frying!

To make these, all you do is quarter some canned biscuits (like I did in monkey bread) and place them in a small cast iron (or regular) skilet. Cook on medium on all sides until you get that beautiful color. Dust on a little powdered sugar and serve with berries.
